If the squirrel scratched the skin and the dog was bleeding then you would see that wound.
If the squirrel had rabies then, unless your dog has been inoculated, your dog may contract the disease.

If you do not have the mouse so that it can be tested for rabies, you will need to get the series of rabies shots from your doctor. It is not nearly the ordeal that it was years ago and it will protect you from a painful death from lockjaw. Be sure to get to the Dr ASAP.
