I'm not really sure what you mean by sterile solution because it could be administered different ways, but generally unless it is from an unopened container that is sterile, and is administered with a newly opened syringe and needle, than it is not.

This solution is purely folklore. Rubbing on the bottoms of the feet does nothing to a patient's fever (but it might feel good).
yes. the clothes sterile, meaning they are clean this is a precaution to protect the patient as well as the doctor from germs and mishaps. They also have to be static free. Sparks might start a fire when oxygen is in use.
Hypertonic solutions contain higher concentrations of various dilutes than blood, Isotonic solutions contain the same concentrations, and Hypotonic solutions contain less of its dilute components than blood. As such, you might deliver hypertonic saline to a patient who is electrolytically depleted, an isotonic to a patient whose blood chemistry is good but is hypovolemic, and a hypotonic like D5W to a dehydrated patient whose electrolytes are very high in spite of the dehydration. It's a way of adding fluids and trying to balance the blood chemistry at the same time.
you have to be patient because it might come.
Yes Jehovah'switnesses don't believe in blood transfusions or taking blood products so you might see a tag in the hospital so they will know not to administer those things to that person
They could make it cheaper and easier to administer vaccines

dust in the environment can cause bloodshot eyes, as can allergies. If it is just an irritation, you might want to try irrigating their eyes with sterile saline, which you can buy at a drugstore (Make sure not to get the solution with added cleansing/sterilizing agents for contacts--you just want sterile saline with nothing added.) It might take a while for them to get used to having their eyes done. But if you used an eye-dropper and kept it hidden until just before you put in the drops, you will beable to sneak up on them.
one solution is that your computer might be slow second solution skype might messed up your computer third solution is you might have a virus.
I think that it might be a solution, just that its crystallized?
No. As the term might suggest, it is an acidic solution.
