I don't know precisely about the Sedona, but generally the button on top of the steering column activates the flashing hazard lights.
just finished replacing a column on a 1993. what do you need to know? email: rsrosales@netzero.net
Under the actual indicator. There are 5 screws holding the steering column cover together, remove them (all underneath the column) then under the indicator you will see the relay switch (black box thingy) Why do I know? I have a fiesta mk4 and the relay has gone, resulting in no indicators at all.. not even on the dashboard.
Lower steering column, It is mounted on the top of the lower portion of the column, if you need more help let me know I can guide you through the job.
on my 66 calais cadillac the flasher is attached to a cover that is below the steering column and dash. it covers the bottom of the steering column and the wires that thread up towards the turn signal and steering wheel.two bolts and a funny looking screw on the underside near the neck of the steering column hold it in place .
If you are losing fluid, you need to find out where it is going. Usually it is pretty easy to find most leaks: out of the seals on the pump, out of the lines or cooler, out of the steering gear, or out of the rack and pinion. Sometimes you'll have to poke a small hole in the rubber boot on the rack and watch for fluid coming out. Your steering column wouldn't be the problem. Hope this helps.
As far as I know there is NO reservoir as the power steering is controled by electrical pump linked into the steering rack. You access it by taking the cowling off under the steering column and dropping the fuse cover to reveal the electrical pump
