None. Stay out of the sun and they won't be as dark. There are some creams that are suppose to lighten them, but the ones I have used didn't do much. Be proud of them not all people have them. I know, I have freckles too.

Lemon juice is great for bleaching freckles and making them lighter. Onions also work, the only problem is the smell. Sour milk is also great. You can also make a few easy face masks to get rid of them: Sour cream mask: spread some sour cream evenly over your face and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Then lightly rinse it off your face leaving some of it behind, not taking it off completely. Then top with a moisturisor. Repeat this daily until freckles lighten and eventually disappear. Another mask that I used to lighten my freckles is this: Warm some honey and mix it with wheat germ. Spread it over your face and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Then rinse it off with cold water, and then warm water. Repeat until freckles lighten! Hope this helps xxx
