You can add a gif file to a blogger platform just like any other image. All you have to do is posting an image or whole post with the gif there. Tumbrl and deviantart are the communities where users post a lot of gifs, and animated ones display automatically.

you save it to a file then do it like normal when uploading so in right had corner it says edit if you clik onit it comes up with gif\animation clik on it and save it done

You can actually. Double check if your scan is in the right format, it needs to be in a picture format such as, png, gif, or jpeg. If that isn't the issue, then you may just be submitting it into the wrong category.

Well i believe it would bet a gif file, as in the extension .gif
Save it as JPEG, PNG or GIF. Another way to post PSD file is to ZIP it using WinZip or WinRAR and to upload somewhere with link in post body.
On the top of your dashboard there is icons, click the one that says 'photo'. it then says upload photo, click it, choose the gif that you want that you have saved onto your computer and then click 'create post'. Then you're done. It won't work if you go over a certain limit. I hope that helped. xx
just look up avatars on google search and find the one you want (anysize) then find a image resizer on google and resize it to 50x50 pixels , if its animated look up a gif image resizer
