Try to limit the people who go into the area in the first place, put up warning signs, consider a booth with a fireproof curtain that can be pulled accross, or at least get some screens in place around the work area.
There is a wide range of duties in welding depending on the industry you want to enter. Some examples would be: Basic welding which would include things like patching or repairing items such as auto mufflers, farm equipment, personal property or consumer items. Semi advanced welding which would include things like non code fabrication and repair of items such as ornamental metals, trailer building, or non critical fabrications. Advanced welding which would include welding on buildings, pipelines, bridges, etc.. This area generally requires welding certification. Super skilled welding which would include welding medical, aerospace, nuclear, underwater, etc.. In some industries, you are required to weld, prepare and grind, move your equipment and supplies. In others, you could be at a work bench with cotton gloves while others prepare or move your supplies and equipment for you. Generally speaking, the less training and certifications you have, the more physical the work is. By no means think that welding is still the old "big hammer and small hard hat". Very skilled welders are in high demand, paid and treated well. A good source of information would be WWW.AWS.ORG.
It would be an excellent idea. You will be working with powerful welding arcs and open flames as well as large bottles of flammable gases. It would also probably be a good idea to open your business as a limited liability corporation (LLC) to protect you and your family's personal assets. Good luck!

Do you mean your beads are concave and you would like them convex in appearance while autogenous welding is being done? Without knowing what metal you are welding or seeing the technique used I can only offer generalizations. It could be a lack of sufficient sulfur or improper travel speed. Without more info I'm only guessing.Which isn't good when it comes to welding.
CO2 and O2 can not be used in the same time for shielding gas in MIG welding, it would create too much oxidation of the molten metal.
No, poachers don't care about others.

trees and plants protect the earth from weathering and erosion
It would seem you did, as plama acr welding does not exist

Gasses used in welding can include oxygen, acetylene, argon, helium, hydrogen, propane, MAPP gas, and others for special purposes. They may be grouped as oxidizers, fuels and shield gasses.
en 24 grade which welding rod use?
we should not make there meat . we should not hunt then so they will get endangered
Welding related injuries can be prevented by wearing the right and complete personal protective equipment.
Disadvantages of buying welding tools would be the new technology of spot welding which is flameless and and doesn't require the expensive inflatted gases.
You have oxygen and acetylene to blend into the tip for a flame. It will be regulated by adjusting the regulators on the bottles and the welding handle will have adjusting ability for the temperature you need for the metal you are welding.
A welding mask is used to protect the face and head from sparks, flying metals and heat. It protects the eyes from dangerous ultraviolet light and infrared light. Without the mask, the cornea of the eye can be severely damaged.
