Worn gears for first gear? It would be best to ask a proper gearbox repair specialist for an opinion. They could quote you for a reconditioned gearbox too!
Probably a problem with the gearbox. I would send it to an airsoft store/ repair shop and have them work on it.
Might be faulty wiring, I would take it into repair to be looked at.
If you wanted to find a good place to fix a faulty caliper problem, then you would have to visit Goodyear. They are really good when it comes to mechanical brake problems.
If you didn't have a gearbox you would only be able to go one speed and that would be maybe 40 or 50 MPH and the engine would be revving dangerously high, also your gas mileage would be horrible.
defective tailshaftthe posibilities are few, however i would think it could possibly be a fault in the tailshaft of the vehicle. please have the vehicle inspected imeadiately as a faulty tailshaft can be extreamly dangerous. second to this i would think it could be a worn gear or belt in the gearbox or transmission
A faulty fan motor, A faulty fan motor relay, A faulty coolant temp sensor, A faulty ECM, (most unlikely),
A faulty pump, a faulty switch, a faulty release valve on the drain pipe.
Sensors or micro-switches are used to indicate the gearbox is in 'Park'. If these have failed, they will not send the required signal to the ignition control and therefore not allow the engine to start. Try it in 'N' for neutral which should also allow the engine to start if it is not also faulty.
Yes, I have it done on mine. The MK3 2.0 gearbox fails when it gets to high mileage. The Mk2 1.8 gearbox is bulletproof.
It may not be the amplifier at all ... it could be that the speaker cone is torn. If it is the amplifier it would mean that some component in the audio output section is faulty and needs repair or replacement.
