Contact a veterinarian, an expert at these things, if your cat is wounded. If you want your cat's scrapes to be healed then I suggest you let a professional do it; you might worsen the injury
Wrap the cat in a towel, all of it except for its head and the injured part, then have someone hold the towel in place. Then you can treat the wound. However you should go to a vet or call one for advice. If you can't or at least can't in time, you can try gently cleaning out the wound with warm water and then putting a topical antibiotic ointment like triple antibiotic. Then you can wrap it up with bandages and make sure the cat isn't biting or scratching at it. However that should only be for small open wounds and any more serious wounds should be treated by the vet right away. Hope this helped.
