Happiness is all about making the right decision and reaping the good out of doing what is right, which is the wish of the Great Creator of mankind.
The Book of Isaiah 48: 17,18 has this to say:
" I, Jehovah, am your God, The One guiding you in the way you should walk. If only you pay attention to my commandments ! Then your peace would become just like a river And your righteousness like the waves of the sea."
A river never stops flowing in silence and the waves of the sea have been rolling endlessly, one after the other, for thousands of years and will continue to do so.
Which means that our loving Father Jehovah will always be there to help us make the best decision for our happiness. Read Isaiah 40: 29-31.
Complete happiness is yet to come, due to God's kingdom to come, which is the governement that will undo all the harm that millenniums of human rule have done. Read Daniel 2: 44; Matthew 6: 9,10
The Bible teaches us that our entire world is lying in the power of the wicked one, in the Book of 1 John 5: 19.
The Book of Revelations 12: 9 describes the wicked one as Satan the Devil, the one misleading the entire inhabited world. Which explains why our world is in such a mess.
The Bible also teaches that no human is capable of creating the peace on earth that we all so long for. Read Jeremiah 10: 23.
So the best sentence with the word 'happiness' is:
" True Happiness is yet to come."
And will come, because it is the promise made to mankind, by 'God who cannot lie'.
Titus 1: 2 confirms in these words. "And is based on a hope of the everlasting life that God who cannot lie, promised long ago."
Psalms 37: 29 describes what our future holds, in these words.
" The righteous will possess the earth, and they will live forever on it."
No more sickness and death. Read Isaiah 33:24; Revelation 21:4.
No more war. Read Isaiah 54: 13; Micah 4: 4.
