I would say it all depends on your intake and exhaust system. I run mine with stock headers, nismo duel rai and 60mm invidia n1 exhaust...runs great with stock headers.. remember, just because it is aftermarket does not mean better...
you buy the headers take yours off and put the new 1's on
You can went to help it and Cd your software giving a help mnorozi.blogfa.com
If you are running at sea level with a manual 350z you may have about 15.2s and 15.5 with a automatic. maybe you can have 13s with little mods like the basics bolt-ons; like intake, headers, exhaust, slenum spacers, and some ecu tuning.
yes you can buy and install them question makes no sense.
you will have to get the headers that fit your model and then the easiest way to install them is to unloosen the motor mount on 1 side at a time and jack up the engine on the side your working on and install the header.
I think Hooker headers, Alston Cassis Works, and Art Morrison ent., all make kits to install that motor, that would come with everything you will need, from headers, to motor mounts, to frame connectors.
Your best bet is to ask the dealer if you can install headers without it effecting the warranty, more than likely it's OK.
Install time greatly varies depending on type of headers and tools available for install. For me JBA short headers took 3 hours with hand tools. Side note JBA per instructions say lift motor which is unnecessary. Remove passenger side coil packs and while just slide in. Also, recommend exhaust shop making larger flanges for headers to stock exhaust.
