According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the median pay in 2010 for all of the fitness trainers and instructors (cycling class instructors included) in the United States was $31,090 per year (about $15 per hour). Half of all fitness trainers and instructors earned less than that, and half earned more. It all depends on where you live and the demand for your job!
Generally speaking, an NRA certified instructor doesn't get paid anything from the NRA. Instructors host classes and charge whatever they feel is reasonable.
