You sound very confused about this. First, if she is in love with someone else that ends this story. Leave it alone. Even if she says she is interested, move on to somebody else.
Don't try to win her, she is in love with somebody else. So in closing move on to someone else. Let her go and get on with your life and find someone who truly deserves you love and who wants to give it back to you.
