Tell her playing an instrument is good for you, because it actually is! It teaches discipline, is a hobby (helps you not get bored and do other things which are inappropriate it's fun. I'm pretty sure you get U-Cast points (I think they help you get into universities) for doing grades. Tell her that. Don't forget you will look cool! Many more reasons for playing an instrument by simply doing a quick search on Google or something.

∙ 12y agoWell you can tell them all the neat features of the 3DS and see if that works. If that doesn't you can save your money and wait for a new gaming system. There probably will be a new 3DS in a few years that is even better. I also know there will be a new wii coming out soon so you might want to spend your money on that.

Some moms can be persuaded by way of compliments or simply by doing things for her that she would normally have to do herself. If what is being asked is reasonable, she may agree or change her mind.
