Sadly you cannot obtain Regigigas in Diamond, Pearl or Platinum. The only way you can obtain Regigigas is if you have Regirock, Registeel, and Regice in your team.
If you do have those 3 then simply have them in your Pokemon party/team and get to the bottom of Snowpoint temple where you will see a statue of Regigigas, if you have Regice, Regirock and Registeel then the statue of Regigigas will awaken and you will battle it.
Sadly the only way to obtain Regirock, Registeel and Regice is to have Regigigas in your team, and as i just mentioned you need the 3 Regis to obtain him. So it's kinda like a unbreakable chain.
You can still catch them if someone trades you Regigigas (to borrow him.)
