I'm afraid there are no good solutions. The best option would probably be to very precisely use wood bleach on the stain. Now the stain will be a bleached out spot - then using sample pieces of bleached bamboo find the correct stain or mixture of stains to replicate the color of the rest of the floor. Using a fine grade of sandpaper, you would then sand the area and attempt to blend the top-coat finish. Unless you are very patient, meticulous, and skilled, there will always be a blemish.
he could make a potion that does bad stuff
Set your circular saw just deep enough to cut through the hard wood and cut across the flooring. move over a foot or so and do it again. Pry up a board or two. After the first few boards are up you will get a feeling for how much cutting you need to do, each floor is different. But even the worst floors aren't that bad to do. I'd expect to spend 1 hour or less per 100 square feet.
it is bad because you can not use it in bad weather also it cost alot and it takes alot of space

There are two ways to do things: using chemicals or putting pressure on them using a tool of some sort. A stain can be removed by scrubbing it and/or by letting a chemical act on the stain to dissolve it. If you use a chemical (or wash it), that is chemistry; if you scrub it, cut out the bad piece, etc. that is another sort of science.
