If you just mean Fleet Marine Force (most jarheads are FMF), go to a Marine recruiter and tell that person you want to be a Marine. Assuming you pass the pre-enlistment tests, then graduate from boot camp and MOS training, you will be a Marine.
Presumably that would depend on the career that you want.
Marines are the first to fight.
No Marines where first know as ship guards, they where on the old ships and fight the British marines.
Continental Marines.
Of course! pick an MOS that you enjoy and your good at and you can keep re enlisting in the Marines and youll stay at the same MOS and continue for the next four years.
stupd!
When the time comes, you have the choice to either leave or reenlist. You just choose to reenlist, and your contract gets extended.
The first commandant of the USA Marines was Major Samuel Nicholas. The Marines started in 1775 but there is no official "founding" father
The marines were required as guards and soldiers. They were there to enact the orders of the officers.
I would have thought that you need to tell the Marines about your allergies and let them deal with it rather than trying to treat yourself while in training. Bear in mind that if your allergies are very bad it may be that you are medically unsuitable for a career in the Marines. For instance if you were on active service some place where you could not get the medication you need, you may become ill and place yourself and fellow marines in danger.
It depends on the number of Marines. The rifle belonging to a Marine would the Marine's rifle. If you are talking about multiple Marines it would be Semper Fi is the Marines' unofficial motto.
