You can't. For hair of any color to be lightened, pigment has to be removed, and a rinse won't do that, it only deposits pigment temporarily. A de-colorizer, lightener, bleach, or high-lift tint must be used to lighten hair more than a couple of shades, but I wouldn't recommend doing this on your own. EVERYTIME I have a client that attempts home-lightening, the results aren't just bad...they're expensive and bad. It takes a pro to get even coverage and protect the integrity of your hair. Its way more complicated that just spreading some goop through your hair! Seeing a pro can be expensive, but keep in mind that its always cheaper than seeing a pro for a correction!!! PS There's also no temporary way to lighten hair, once the pigment is gone, its gone, and coloring over can be tricky...don't DIY.
if you would really like to know, then i would suggest using colored soda that's diet cause i tried with regular soda and they all died but one cause it was diet. it was a a little lighter color than the water
Some ways to save energy on a computer are to shut it off when you don't need it, or to put it in sleep moode when you are not using it for long periods of time. Something most people don't know is that it takes more energy for a computer to display a lighter-colored screen, so using a darker-colored background or screen will actually help to save some energy.

Using papers
Slide the lighter body out of the lighter case, by pulling on the wick cage. With the lighter body upside down squirt lighter fluid into the fiber packing in the lighter until saturated. Reassemble the lighter body into the lighter case. Let excess lighter fluid evaporate before using the lighter.
Well, when I made a vortex using air, I used gases that are lighter.
You will want to first paint the wall with primer paint. After that, if you are using a good quality paint for your light color, you can do it with one coat of paint. If it's cheap paint you may need 2 or 3.
use a lighter
I think you'd look better in a lighter color. When he used to smoke, he was always losing his lighter. Can I help to make your load a little lighter? Now that my long hair is cut, I feel ten pounds lighter.

if your are using paint, then mix red with a tiny dab of white. if you are using crayons/colored pencils, then color red lightly. if it's not as light as you want it to be,then add white.
