This can be a broken belt in a tire, low tire pressure, or defective wheel bearing. Jack up the rear and rotate the wheels listening for any noise. Inspect the tire for uneven wear or anything out of the ordinary. Look for bulges in the sidewall, I would suspect you have a tire problem.
