Probably not, but it's worth talking to him about it, just once, if you never have. 95% chance they really are just friends. If he says he's not gay, drop it. This may seem like I'm being homophobic/assuming, but the reality is that if you had a husband with secret gay fantasies, one of the things he'd probably be doing would be talking to gay guys. The problem is there are a lot more men who are straight and just friends with gay guys, than who are closeted and friends with gay guys! So you can ask, be careful about the wording, and don't press the issue.
