Hw do you bread Pokemon in Pokemon LeafGreen?

first u have to have access to 4 island, and u have to haave a ditto. U put ditto and the Pokemon u want to clone in the daycare. wait till he gives u an egg, and when the egg will hatch into the Pokemon u put in with ditto.(does not work for legendaries)

After beating the Game and gaining access to the National Dex, You will receive a Rainbow pass. Take the pass to Vermilion City and talk to the guy who let you on the S.S Annie. Say you want to go to 4 Island, and then find the Daycare. Leave either a male and female variation of the Pokemon you want to breed, or leave any gender of that Pokemon with a ditto. After some time passes, the man in front of the daycare will say he has an egg for you.
