I suggest getting a weight belt that weight can be added to. I started out with 10 pounds and am still at that weight even after 20 years. When I added weight, my knees started hurting. You are 16 years old and weigh 100 pounds and you are 5 foot 6 inches so is that healthy?

That weight is a bit under what it should be, but not extremely so for a 5ft 6 person, however to be healthier, more weight should be added. The ideal weight for someone for your height is 120-130 pounds, so just gain a few more pounds, and you'll be healthier. Hope this helps!
