If your 150cm tall then your pretty in preportion or 'good'. but a lot of things depend such as height, body type and your body dimentions. I am 13, 114 pounds and 167cm tall and i'm a good athlete. But according to charts i'm supposed to weigh 121 to 151 pounds. So if your fit and healthy then you've got nothing to worry about, if you are a little heavy or light weighted you'll even in a year or 2!

well if you want to gain weight just eat fat foods and or just live with it might be good for you and another thing just have a good diet and you will be good!

you should only bench press your own weight, if more, good. im 13 and i bench 170. i only weigh 97 pounds, 5' 0". i dont care if you believe me or not but it is true. at school kids say i take steroids, i walk like im buff. but you should at LEAST bench your own weight
