I'm 6 weeks pregnant and had really sharp pains for about 5mins after sex before I found out that Ii was pregnant there was a dot of blood none since still have all symptoms of preg could I miscarry?

well it is natural to feel menstrual like cramps with in the first trimester. and spotting is normal. So you have nothing to worry about, unless the bleeding becomes more heavy, then go see you doctor.
