This is perfectly fine! Don't worry that there is an age difference, two years really don't matter in a relationship. However, it might be different depending on whether you are a boy or girl. if you are a girl i don't see any problem with that, in most couples the male is a little older than the female. Don't think that a girl dating an older guy is a slut, that is totally wrong! If you are a boy and you fell in love with an older girl, you might be conserned with what your friends will think of it. you know, now it may be a little wierd, but when you grow up and you are in like your 20s or older two years or even 10 years don't make any difference at all! When I was 16 i dated a 25 year old guy and that was an amazing relationship that lasted for a very long time. There is no reason that you should not be with the one you love, just because that person wasn't born the same year you were. Be honest with yourself and make a distinction between the popular standards and your true feelings. if you really like her/him you should tell him and ask him out
