I'm a 13 year old boy and I have hit puberty maybe 2 years ago now and I have never had a physical exam and I have heard that a teenager should get one once or even twice per year how do I tell my ma?

people of any age or sex should have an physical exam with a doctor once every 6 months. If you've never had one in your memory you are likely behind on your inoculations with is a major risk to your health, and as someone going through Puberty you should be seeing a doctor for 6 mouth physicals, tell you're Mother ASAP
