I'm a guy and my hair is really thick It's stiff dry and hard. Since it's so stiff I find it hard to style Are there any products or treatments to make it more flexible and easy to work with?

Hmm...I think you might want to have this checked out with your doctor. Stiff, dry and hard hair is not a natural state for hair. So something has to be going on. I'd also be very suspicious of any hair products your using.
Who has been cutting your hair? What do they have to say about this condition? Your barber knows your hair best and is probably in a good position to evaluate this. I have been a barber for 35 years and have never encountered these conditions.
