I'm doing a school project for religious studies and I need to relate it to the seven deadly sins but I have no idea how to come up with a description for that. Please help?

Well, just talk about the effect. I would do one sin per paragraph, so maybe write a paragraph about one deadly sin and how it would effect you not only in health but spiritually, and then do that with all the sins. Your beginning sentence can state what sins are and you can name the seven sins. Then, your concluding sentence will just restate your beginning sentence (only in different words. You shouldn't do it the EXACT same). I really hope this helps.
