I'm from India male and 15 I have curly black hair which is a little longer than a hand from the wrist to the tip of the fingers Why do only black people say my hair looks nice?

Erm.... ok. Well, it really depends on who you are talking to. Right now, the trend seems to be all about straight hair, which can be very annoying for us curly haired people. If it makes you feel any better, I am not black, and I very much prefer curly hair to straight hair.
My best guess as to your question would be that African Americans tend to have hair that ranges on the curly side, (I have many black friends and they all have incredibly curly hair.) Therefore, they probably notice it more.
However, people don't typically walk around complimenting each others hair unless they know you well. Do you have a lot of black friends? Anyway, it shouldn't matter, trust me, the best part of having curly hair is that it gives the illusion of volume, which will be great when you get older!!
