I'm pregnant and living with my partner who smokes marijuana it really hasn't been easy living with somebody that smokes weed. Does that affect the baby How can I get help for him to stop smoking?

No, You shouldn't be affected at all. People are all kinds of scared of cannabis. Cannabis is actually good for you. The down side is, it can cause development to slow if you are smoking it. If he smokes, just stay a little away. In a different room is fine. Just because you can smell it, doesn't mean things are going to go horribly wrong.
It CAN affect your baby's growth if YOU smoke it. Plus, if any is found in their system when you deliver, you will probably be facing losing your child.
Besides... why are you trying to get him to stop now? You apparently had no problems sleeping with him. You trying to be hypocritical, or not take responsibility for your choice? You opened yourself to this particular situation. It was no one's choice but yours. I don't see why he has to change after the fact now.
If the two of you will just communicate a little, Cannabis is no problem. Let him smoke, so long as he lets you breathe. Easy as that.
