I'm taking 50mg of Zoloft and 20mg of Addreal xr. I feel like the adderall doesnt work anymore. Could it because I just started taking Zoloft?

Usually zoloft cause a little sedation, and has anti-anxiety properties. That might cause sleepiness, sedation, etc. Adderal, has got also serotoninergic activity, but in differents receptors. Ask to your doctor if is possible decreased zoloft to 25 mg, and it also can be taken at night.

If you are not focusing on the larger task you started, it may not be the Adderall. It may be that there is a psychological reason why you do not wish to do the task. The best person to ask is your psychologist.

Not much, but if you take the vicodin regularly you are a tad bit of the adderall feeling the more vic's you take.

Your liver is already struggling enough as it is with all the liquor and beer, the last thing it needs is something like amphetamines to come tearing through it. It varies. How much are you taking? Initially, you start out at a low dose (eg. 5 mg, 10 mg), and then the dosage is evaluated. Have you discussed your side effects with your prescribing doctor or pharmacist? It took less than a month for me to get used to it. I started on 10 mg Adderall IR and gradually moved onto Adderall XR 30 mg. Some people would say that those first days/weeks on Adderall are the best, because the "high" is greater. IMHO, Adderall is an effective medication for ADD esp. if taken properly. Your age, weight, and other medical conditions also contribute to how long it'll take for your body to adjust.
