I'm not entirely sure of what you are asking, but these are the courses I reccomend:
Physics
Chemistry
At least 3 years of a foreign language (I recommend Latin)
AP Biology
AP Chemistry
Advanced Mathematics
Psychology
Sociology
Physical Education (for the sake of a healthy lifestyle)
Internship at a hospital or labratory
