I've got an open wound and I need stitches but there's no way I'm going to go to the hospital can you give any tips on how to treat it at home Don't Tell me to seek medical help?

Although it's stupid and risky not to seek medical help, you can use bandages to wrap the wound and hope it closes on its own. Again, it's stupid not to seek medical help, especially considering it can become seriously infected. If you're nervous about getting stitches, ask a doctor to put you under.

If you pass out, you can't go to the hospital yourself but someone else should take you to the hospital. If you know the reason for passing out or fainting and you know it does not require medical care, than going to the hospital should not be necessary. Otherwise, it is a good idea to have yourself checked out by a doctor to determine the cause and possibly seek treatment.
