Give being vegan a try. It's much healthier and SAFER than bulimia. It also has amazing health benefits and keeps your system nice n tidy (unless, of course you're a junk food vegan). Quite simply, if you eat healthy and in moderation you won't even need to work out. Most countries don't do gyms the way we do and they don't need to simply because they eat healthy! Bulimia, honestly, is a terrible way to be thin... because at the end of the day you can be rail thin, but its not pretty when you have no teeth or hair.

When someone's bulimic they eat enormous amounts of food and then throw it up. Their body weight is staying the same. Eventually they will loose weight because they're not letting enough food stay in their body.

i am a 12 year old girl and i weigh 125lbs and i think i am over weight! okay well she only THINKS she is over weight I do not think either of you are that is a perfectly normal. you might be like five pounds over but what ever just like excersise if you think your fat. or just excersise any way. it is always good to excersise
Eat a little bit of chocolate before you excersise.
Obviously, eat healthy and excersise. You just have to have enough of each one.
Either, excersise more to fill the loose skin with muscle, or get surgery.
