Increased heart rate could be due to an increase in blood volume which can consequently lead to increase in blood pressure and headaches. However, other causes of headaches and rapid heart rate cannot be ruled out. It is better and safer to consult with a specialist as certain lab tests can rule out certain conditions including thyroid hormone imbalance.
