Can the disabled go on hajj?

It depends on what kind of disability and also on the will of the disabled. It depends on whether the disabled could do Hajj on his/her own or with support of other companions. The Islamic rule is that you are forgiven from performing hajj if you could not afford physically performing it.

If you are still on WSIB and going to college after six years but your six year line is coming up should you continue going to college or just get your benefits and continue being disabled?

It depends on what you want to do and what limitations you have because of your disability. Do you want to graduate from college with a degree in a field that you can work in dispite whatever disability you have or do you want to forego the challenges of working and collect disability? It's something only you can decide, but it seems to me like collecting disability would be a pretty boring life unless you have a lot of hobbies or something you like to do to keep you busy. I do have one question, though: If you have a choice of going to college or continuing to be disabled, what kind of disability could you possibly have that would allow you the choice to "continue to be disabled?" To be honest, it sounds kind of fishy to me. Deb

How disabled people want themselves to be treated?

People with disabilities do not need sympathy but empathy. Youneed not show sympathy, because you have not experienced the situation before, instead you should show empathy because you can understand how the person might be feeling. The abled person should try helping disabled, not because they are disabled, but because they are humans. The feelings of abled must not include 'sorry' for the other person for theri disability. They should always make them feel that they are normal just like them. This could make the disabled people not feel deprived of any facility and there is nothing abnormal about their disability.

Issues faced by people with acquired disability differs to those with develpomental disability?
