No, in fact you will save about 28 MPG by doing this; because the motor will most likely blow up (kaput, explode, blow out the rings, bend a rod). Gasoline engines that are NOT designed to have a 'blower' or 'supercharger' installed have a 99.99% failure rate when a blower is installed. This is due the the fact that a "Blower" or "Supercharger" is made to increase the compression ratio of the engine by forced compression into the cylinders, and results in the compression going above the connecting rod's ability to maintain. Normal engines have a 9:1 or 10.5:1 ratio, and engines designed for a blower normally have an 6.5:1 to a 8.5:1 ratio that converts to a LOT higher number (based on the drive of the gear). Please note: you can install the blower on your engine that is NOT designed for it by using an 'under-drive' pully, however this will not produce any more power or gas savings as you are taking away the reason to install it.
Install a "Turbo" either belt or exhaust driven, it is MUCH safer for a stock engine.
