Unlike marijuana, Adderall is not fat-soluble, thus the window for detection is significantly smaller. However, in your situation, it will most likely appear on a drug test, as the detection period for it is three to five days. However, it is still possible, that over-hydration and intensive exercise could flush it out of your system faster than that.

Umm, I've never experienced major sexual side effects, or any. I'd suggest just to get off of it if the side effects bother you that much. When I was on it, it altered my psyche. I mostly reverted back to how I was before hand, but there's still some permanent damage I guess.
