Depends on the which country's perspective you look at it from.

From an Indian perspective no, its produced 100% in India and hence is not in the SBU type.

If you look at it from a South African or and Australian or from the perspective of the USA where the car also retails then depending on laws it will be either an SBU or the CBU which ever is more financially viable.
