Yes. In fact, bananas contain much more citric acid than ascorbic acid (Vitamin C). A ripe banana contains 319 mg of citric acid -- that's 29 times the amount of the ascorbic acid in the banana! But the predominant organic acid in a banana is malic acid (425 mg).
For comparison, an orange has 4 times as much citric acid as a banana, but only half the malic acid.

I am suffering from stomach acidity and my daily normal foods are pulse rice chicken and fruit banana am i taking proper food?
Pulse rice chicken will certainly help with stomach acidity but fruit banana may cause an increase.

It can be quite good depending on individuals. Some prefer eating a banana alone or drinking milk alone during stomach acidity but a banana milk shake works better since a banana contains a component that acts like an alkaline base which helps dissolve or balance the acidity in the stomach and milk helps with the cooling effect. So if one takes milk alone it can work but for a short period only. Better when the two go together.

I will not suggest you go for it without milk, it can cause constipation, a feeling of empty stomach and I will debar a person who has acidity problem to have it.
