I accidentally declined a game update then short after i went back to accept it then my Broken Steel quest was missing and i cant find out how to get it back. any help?

Did you try and re-download it? if you already bought it at the XBLA or PSN store, it should be waiting for you at the game add on section of Fall out 3, but If it came with the Game of the year edition, pop that bad boy in and download broken steel again. Otherwise, your guy will die at the end.
