I added 600 ml concetrant coolant without water in my new carrera 4 To fill it up I didn't know that I had to put 50 50 of coolant and water So would the 600ml disrupt this ratio Would it harm the car?

No the 600 ml concetrant coolant will not harm your car. The ratio, however will be affected.
