I am 13 And I still wear those stupid training bras They're not working for me anymore How do I tell my mom and where should I go to get them I'm clueless when it comes to sizes so how can I tell?

Hey there, I'm a girl and I go through the same problems. It wasn't that hard to tell my mom,well I didn't really have to tell her because she already noticed that i needed to move on from training Bras to a real bra. But if that hasn't happen between you and your mom, just tell her the truth, because your mom will always understand what your going through; because she went through it too. And you can get bras at Walmart in the girls department, in the back right next to the training bras. You can know which size you are by just getting the next size up from a training bra, which is an A32 bra size and if that doesn't work get the next size up.
