I am 15 and I have a three-inch erect penis and really no facial hair and some pubic hair is there something wrong with me?

You are probably perfectly normal. Few things cause boys more anxiety than being a "late bloomer". Some boys do indeed start and proceed through puberty later than their peers. The most probable answer is that you probably are perfectly normal. The fact that you have some facial and pubic hair already, indicates that you have entered puberty, perhaps a little later than you might have wished. Certainly, if you continue to be worried about this, you can ask your doctor about it and he or she can do an examination to make sure you aren't experiencing an abnormal delay. It's good to note that boys who enter puberty later, tend to be taller than their peers, because growth stops when the growth plates on the bones close as puberty concludes. Of course, individual results will vary, and late puberty does not always mean you'll be tall.
