If the duration of time is a year and you want to lose 50 lbs. To be honest, all you need is a healthy diet plan and good exercise. Make sure that you don't fall out of your routine because its pretty hard to get back on track and trust me! I've been through it and it sucks. Just be sure to eat your fiber and whole grains. Also have the right amount of vitamins and protein. Start off slow and don't expect to see results right away! It'll come in time and good luck to you!
