of course your baby is ok. Your only pregnant. Your baby is well protected in there and unless you were injured or something is not viable in the pregnancy your baby will be just fine. If you start spotting call your OB. Women work hard well into their pregnancies. In the past it wasn't uncommon for a woman to be working the fields outside with their husbands and leave to give birth for a few hours and head right back out once the baby was born. However, a mothers peace of mind can't be discounted. You can worry yourself sick. So, know that your baby is well protected and taken care of. Good Luck!
