this is a tricky question because you have to factor in the size frame the person is . the sex of the person, height and often ethnicity. most generally a average size woman with a average frame and caucasian will wear a size 16 but if they are shorter or have a thinner frame the size can range from a size 16 to a size 20 too many variables excist with a lot more info.

you should weigh between 120 and 130. that is a healthy weight. at least according to my mother. You should weigh between 120-130. Try getting more excercise. Eat healthier and play. Change your eating habbits. Try to pass sweets and go to fruits and vegetables. Your a bit to heavy now, but don't worry, you probrally just hit your growthspurt. maybe its still baby fat. dont worry, you'll lose it.

You should loose 45-50 pounds to be a healthy weight. I am also overweight, about 10 pounds heavier than you at 5'8. I am 13 years old, and am eating healthier. I am eliminating starches (Such as potatoes, corn, white bread, etc.). Try to avoid fatty foods such as prepackaged chips, and sodas.

With some research I learned that if you use a different calorie intake everyday you will receive more affective weight loss. Eat healthy, and never skip meals. With your first and second week you will receive the most affective weight loss. Try going to a gym, and being more active. Exercise 60 (1Hour) or more a day.
