I am 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant I had a vaginal sonogram today and their was not a heartbeat I go back in next week for another sonogram. Is this a bad sign?

Not necessarily a bad sign. You might just think you are further along than you really are and that's why a heartbeat cannot be detected YET!
