I am 6 weeks pregnant my tummy is very large as if i was 5 months pregnant and i have excess wind is this normal?

You need to get an ultrasound.You probably are just distended with gas. The other thing that comes to mind though is a "molar pregnancy" which is kind of like being pregnant with a tumor. It's not cancer, but it's a mass that grows in the uterus and does arise from fertilization. It grows fast, often there's bleeding. It looks like a big speckled ball on ultrasound. The Beta HCG, which is a blood marker to confirm and/or follow a pregnancy, will be off the charts. So you could get the bloodwork. It's surgically removed. That's pretty rare though.
