I am 7 to 8 week's along is it ok to bleed and pass tissue and NO cramping in early pregnancy and still be ok?

you shouldn't be bleeding at all get you self check with a docotor sometimes people do bleed but because its in their family history. But its not okay you could be having a miscarrage.

it's normal to have cramping in pregnancy. most of the time it's from the uterus stretching. but if it gets really painful or you start to spot and or bleed than i would call your doctor cause it could be something bad and or pre term labor.
