I am a 13 year old girl and i want to get my legs and underarms waxed i don't want to do anthing else just waxing the only problem is my won't let me how can i convince her to let me get it done?

Yes, but only for a few secounds. The skin of your underarms is sensitive. It kinda feels like ripping off a band-aid. If you REALLY need it do it,well, I say DO IT.
